SASAI Pre-Christmas Celebration 2026 Raffle for a Cause

1. The raffle

This raffle is a draw lottery conducted by SASAI under the NSW Community Gaming Regulation 2020 and the Community Gaming Act 2018. Proceeds fund SASAI’s community pantry.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of New South Wales.
• The people conducting the raffle or determining a winner, and people involved in managing the benefiting organisation, cannot enter.
• SASAI may require proof of age, identity and NSW residency before awarding a prize. A driver licence or other government photo ID showing name, date of birth and NSW address is sufficient.

3. Tickets

• Tickets cost $20 each. Packs: 3 for $55, 5 for $85, 10 for $160.
• A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold.
• A buyer may purchase multiple tickets. Every valid ticket is included in each prize draw until that buyer has won two prizes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The ticket total is shown before payment and funds go directly into SASAI’s own connected Stripe account.
• Your e-ticket and receipt are emailed to you after purchase. Keep the receipt — it is your proof of entry.

4. Closing date and draw

• Ticket sales close at 8:00 PM AEDT on Saturday 7 November 2026.
• The draw takes place live at 8:45 PM the same evening during the SASAI Pre-Christmas Party at Pabico Club 55, 1 Mt Druitt Road, Mount Druitt NSW.
• You do not need to be present at the draw to win.
• SASAI draws the prizes live, one at a time, starting with the lowest value and finishing with the highest: the $200 Destination Dining gift card, the $400 Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour stay, the $500 cruise holiday voucher, then the $1,000 Kreative Travel certificate.
• The software selects each winning ticket at random from the eligible tickets. Refunded tickets are not included. No separate public number is entered. A buyer may win at most two prizes; after a second win, that buyer’s other tickets are left out of later prizes.
• After the last prize, the random seed and the eligible ticket list are published with the winning ticket numbers so the result can be checked. Updated 30 September 2026.

5. Prizes

• Prize 1: Kreative Travel certificate with a maximum value of AUD $1,000. Named recipient only; not transferable, not cash and not refundable. Redeemable towards eligible travel products and services booked through Kreative Travel. Any amount above AUD $1,000 is the traveller’s responsibility. Advance booking required. Redeem by the expiry date stated on the certificate. Subject to availability and supplier terms. Kreative Travel may substitute a prize of equal value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Prize 2: Kreative Travel cruise holiday voucher with a maximum value of AUD $500. Named recipient only; not transferable, not cash and not refundable. Any amount above AUD $500 is the traveller’s responsibility. Advance booking required. Redeem by the expiry date stated on the certificate. Subject to availability and supplier terms.
• Prize 3: One-night stay at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, valued at AUD $400 (equivalent hotel-credit valuation for the stay). Subject to Sofitel’s gift-voucher terms at shop.sofitelsydneydarlingharbour.com.au. Contact Sofitel to claim and redeem.
• Prize 4: AUD $200 Destination Dining gift card issued by Trippas White Group Pty Ltd, usable at TWG venues listed at trippaswhitegroup.com.au. Not redeemable for cash. Valid for three years from the date of sale. Minimum spend $50 per transaction. Subject to Trippas White Group gift-card terms.

Prizes are not transferable for cash. A participant may win up to two prizes. Prize bookings are subject to the provider’s availability and conditions. There are no bonus prizes.

6. Winners and claiming

• Winners are notified by email, and results are published on this website and SASAI’s Facebook page.
• Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification, with proof of receipt and, if requested, proof of age, identity and NSW residency.
• If a drawn winner cannot provide that proof, or is found not to have been eligible, the prize is not awarded and SASAI may redraw. The ticket price is not refunded for a failed residency or identity check. If SASAI reasonably determines the buyer was under 18, SASAI will refund the ticket price instead of awarding a prize.
• Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn in accordance with the NSW Community Gaming Regulation 2020.

Complaints should first be sent to SASAI; unresolved community-gaming complaints may be made to NSW Fair Trading.

8. Platform

This raffle website is developed and operated by Solar Orbis Pty Ltd (raffle.solarorbis.com) as software for SASAI, who conducts and is responsible for the raffle. Solar Orbis never holds entrants’ money — payments go directly to SASAI’s own Stripe account.
